What started as a solution for me, quickly grew to emailing my routine to a few friends, and now has grown into hundreds of other guys.

As a trainer and someone with a 9-to-5, I know how hard it is to build a lean muscular body in the real world.

A ton of experience and trial-and-error have led to the single best fitness program for guys like us.
